Stephen Spies is an Emmy Award–winning composer for Film, TV, Documentaries and Animation. He’s worked on numerous Netflix Originals with Pollen Music Group, including the Emmy-winning score he co-wrote with Scot Stafford for Lost Ollie, the beloved preschool series Trash Truck, and Ultraman: Rising.

His documentary work includes the CPJ International Press Freedom Awards—hosted by Meryl Streep, California’s Forgotten Children (PBS, Prime Video, Apple TV), and ULAM: Main Dish, praised by The New York Times, Vogue, BuzzFeed, and The LA Times. Stephen’s other film credits include Undercut (Cannes Film Festival 2022), Labor (L.A. Shorts Fest), and ICO (Vila do Conde).
