Stephen composed the original score for ULAM: Main Dish, Alexandra Cuerdo’s documentary charting the rise of Filipino-American chefs redefining modern cuisine. A DOC NYC/SFFILM Launch selection, it became the first Filipino food documentary with worldwide distribution through Freestyle Digital Media and is now available on Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video. The film earned widespread praise from The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Vogue, and BuzzFeed for its cultural impact and heartfelt storytelling.
